NIBM is also dedicated to foster a work environment free from bribery and corruption, taking a strict stance against any form of misconduct. Therefore, it is imperative that NIBM operates in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures.

This Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (“ABAC”) Policy Statement should be read alongside the NIBM Integrity Charter and Framework, Code of Conduct, Whistleblowers Protection Policy, Employee Handbook and all other relevant internal policies and procedures.

NIBM enforces strict compliance with its policies and procedures; therefore, any violation by employees will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
