This Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (“ABAC”) Policy Statement shall be read in conjunction with ABAC Policy, Code of Conduct, Whistleblowers Protection Policy, Procedural Guidelines for the Whistleblowing Mechanism as well as all other relevant NIBM policies, frameworks, procedures, standards and regulations.
